The Beehive website is a community site for the Discord server. It is not a shop, and it does not sell personal information.

What gets stored

If you log in with Discord, the site stores your Discord id, username, display name, avatar, and the server roles needed to decide what you can edit. Feedback you send is stored with the category, the message, and an optional contact note. Staff actions in admin are written to an audit log.

What stays in Discord

Messages, voice, and private channels stay on Discord. This website does not import private media. Member counts come from the Beehive bot, which only records what Discord already shows to the bot.

How long

Login details stay until you are removed from the server records or the site database is cleaned. Feedback stays until a staff member deletes it. You can ask the hive team, through a Discord ticket, to remove a feedback note you sent.
